  10. Whether you use the block=big cursor method or not, let's keep it 
  11. simple.  The Delete key should delete a block.  Perhaps with the 
  12. stipulation that the cursor must be IN the block.

  14. PLEASE keep this stuff simple.  No configuration.  Just follow the 
  15. standard.  No extra shortcuts.  These extra shortcuts just make things 
  16. MORE COMPLICATED, and people aren't going to even use them.  If delete 
  17. doesn't delete a block, they're going to go to the menu bar to delete it, 
  18. and if they see something complicated like shift-ctrl-delete, they're 
  19. going to think we've been brainwashed by Wordperfect but skewed a little 
  20. and totally ignore the shortcut.
